I'm giving this review after bringing three cars there for repair work over the last 5-6 years. I trust Kedir and his team because of their responsiveness and honesty. One time I brought them a $2400 repair estimate from another service center. Kedir had two inspectors look at my car to show that a big expensive piece of that work was not necessary at all. So I take my work there and have been satisfied. |

I used BP a couple of times in the past and work seem to be sufficient until within the first couple of months into 2021. I knew I was being way overcharged for a part and installation that I saw on YouTube that takes about 10-15 min. How does the owner at the Manassas station come up with multiple hours of labor totaling almost $750 for a job I could do myself literally for less than $100. Come to find out that wasn't the issue at all. Another issue is his demeanor while putting in another starter motor because I got a second opinion from dealership. Another place I've dealt with is VA tire and Auto and they pinpointed the problem down to a simple switch matter with not even half the amount BP charged. Some mechanics go the extra mile to find the problem, obviously BP didn't that's why they suck. I will never go back to that place nor will I recommend you guys. VA tire and Auto may charge a bit more but there work is sufficient. |

Kedir Ibrahime, Service Manager, always strives to provide stellar service. I brought my car in for my annual state inspection. I had been having problems with my car starting. Recently, I had AAA come to my home to start my car. The tech that came out said my battery was good and that I had to drive the car more to charge the battery. I decided enough was enough and after consulting with Kedir I decided to move forward with the purchase of a new battery, This station sells Interstate batteries, My Mercedes SUV requires a special battery. Kedir immediately called Interstate and ordered the battery, Interstate has trucks that are on call to deliver batteries. I parked my SUV and went to lunch. When I came back from lunch the SUV wouldn't start. The interstate truck arrived. Kedir's team installed the battery in the parking lot of the station. I was good to go. Totally satisfied customer. |
Battlefield BP is the Chic-fil-A of service stations. It's obvious Kedir has trained his people well. Everyone I deal with is friendly and professional and always does all they can to ensure we're happy with their service. We will never go to another service station! |
I was stuck driving from CT to FL. I pulled into this garage and they took me right away. All involved with my service were professional, polite, kind, and friendly. The part I need would come the next day so I had to spend the night. A gentlemen from the garage drove me to a hotel. The manger had his mechanic start the job that day so when the part came in the next they could get it in quick and have me on my way. The manager even called me 3 days later in Miami to see if I had arrived safe. I was in a bind and these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Cant recommend these guys enough! BP should give them all a reward. |

Outstanding customer experience. Even on a holiday weekend, Kedir and his team were super when my A/C stopped working as I was getting ready for my daughters rehearsal dinner and wedding. They quickly tried to charge the A/C but determined it was a bad compressor. They got the part and replaced it in one day. They are just great to work with and treat you like family. What started out as a stressful holiday weekend, ended up with a beautiful wedding and a happy customer. |

I continue to be pleased with the excellent service I receive from every team member at Battlefield BP. From the owner Kedir, to the front desk team and the mechanic team I receive both quality service and respect. On my most recent visit I had both of my family vehicles in for service.Standard oil change for my Nissan Altima with a once over to make sure all of the other vehicle fluids were topped off is just the norm with this shop. My second vehicle our Nissan Altima was in for a transmission and injection flush based on work the dealer advised needed to be done.Needless to say I am so glad I brought the vehicle in for a professional second opinion. Based on the mileage and overall wear on the vehicle we only needed half of the work to be done. Kedir personally explained everything in an easy to understand way. I saved over 30% on what the dealer wanted to charge for work that didn't even need to be done.Do yourself a huge favor...if you are looking for a good shop with great service visit Battlefield BP to experience this for yourself. |

Fast service but extremely overpriced for front brakes. Set of front pads installed $195. Took them a bit over 30 minutes to install. Pads for this truck at the parts store are between $30 and $40. I'm guessing 100% markup on that plus an hour labor. They did take care of it right away as to not fail safety inspection so I didn't have to wait again in line to reinspect. That's the only reason I decided to have them do it instead of popping those pads in myself. In essence I payed an extra $150 for convenience. |
The outstanding service that the owner Kedir and the great staff at Battlefield BP is second to none. I had some recent troubles with my vehicle and after having the vehicle towed to the shop and dropped off they were able to contact me to let me know what they planned to do and kept me informed.It was helpful to have a breakdown of what the problem was, what the plan to fix it was as well as an estimate before work began to understand the scope of the work. I was absolutely delighted that they not only completed the repairs and additional work I requested but did so in less than a day.I will continue to use this hidden gem for my auto service needs. |

I believe I was ridiculously overcharged for changing the sparkplugs . Something I don't believe takes more than 130 $'s. I felt trapped there and I was forced to do that because he was charging me 126 $ for not doing anything.Later I enquired from VW dealership for the price for changing the spark plug. They gave me a quote of 163 $ inclusive of labor charges.Note they also mentioned that its not necessary to change the spark plug on 60k.Avoid going here for service or maintenance activities. they just Squeeze your money out of you. |

As always I keep returning to Battlefield BP for service on my vehicle and my experience with the entire team there can be summed up in one word...Exceptional! Everything starts with the station owner Kedir and extends to each member of the team.I came in for a good level of service and it was all handled in a way that I felt comfortable with. Kedir ordered and replaced my front two tires with new, high quality tires NOT tired retreads and at a very reasonable cost. While doing the service the technician found that the front brakes were worn. They didn't just explain it to me they showed me and explained why it made sense to do the work as well as the cost.I had the work done and it was completed quickly and professionally. They also saw that I was within less than 1,000 miles of my next scheduled oil change and I was able to have that service performed and get my state safety inspection completed.Take all of the work that was done and to have it performed in less than 2 hours and at a very reasonable price it makes it easy in my mind why I have been coming here for over 12 years.If you want great service that you can trust...come down to Battlefield BP and ask for Kedir. |

I'm not one to write reviews; I usually just read them, but my longtime friend deserves a review from me now. I've been coming to this bp station for maintenance on all my vehicles for 10yrs. I'm one who knows nothing about vehicles or what parts are what, but Kedir & the employees who work inside & outside make my family & I feel welcomed. I trust Kedir & his knowledge about vehicles 110%. He has never made me feel unsure or hesitant in trusting him. All of our vehicles have been taken care of with no issues. I have no plans to ever go to another mechanic. If he ever moves locations; I will follow because there is a friend-family type bond that is hard to find & rebuild. |

On the way to the office in the morning, I just realized that my car needs to be changed the oil so I tried to find the place to do oil changin and get in to Battlefield BP. The owner was so kind and quickly done for oil changing and give me a good advice for my car. The location is very convenient and they charge reasonable price so I think i will come this place again. |

The rate known was for the labor only, did not include parts and extra items. They in turn told me why and was informed from that point on but wish it was known about before asking for the service and assuming the price was just the price for the total service.I give them 4 stars for prompt service and explanation and not a 5 because there were fee that were not clear. |

Came in for regular oil change and tire rotation. This time I asked the mechanic to check my car if there is any maintenance needed, they said my car was working properly. However, the night that I got home, my tire went completely flat (the rim is touching the ground!) and there is something leaking underneath my car! I won't come back for service even if the price is decent. |

Broke down on Saturday and this team went into action. Had my vehicle towed to their shop, first thing Monday morning they called with the diagnosis, and also discovered a leak with the transmission. They ordered the parts and had me back on the road on Tuesday. If not for the transmission leak it would have been ready Monday afternoon. Outstanding service and positive customer experience. I recently took my Honda Civic Hybrid vehicle in for an emissions test and unfortunately, it did not pass. That said, the Service Manager, Kedir Ibrahime was most helpful. In fact, I thought his assistance went "above and beyond" because he took the time to patiently explain to me the problem with my vehicle, and provided an honest assessment of a plan of action that would allow my vehicle to pass the emission test. I am writing because not only was he an outstanding representative of "BP", but more than that, he was an exceptionally warm, friendly, and caring person; so much so that I'd be proud to call him a friend! In over 50 years of owning and driving vehicles, I've never received better service! The most important aspect of BP's service is their honesty - they've always done what's best for me. Our 2004 VW had it's 2016 annual check-up and Kedir's team accomplished this Great!They discovered the problem with an electronic door key and it was just needed a new battery. They have a device that can determine it's problem! It's been several years that we've been servicing our vehicles here and that always seemed to be equipped with the necessary instruments and techs that accomplish the problems.If for any reason they're not sure, they'll tell you and suggest how further problems may be analyzed. |

Service was professional and had my xar sooner than expected for an engine mount install. One thing I noticed when I got home and checked everything was that the mechanic forgot to put back the power steering fluid container to its mounting hook and left it dangling. This is dangerous since that container was dangling right beside the drive belt. Orher than that everybody was courteous and nice. |
